An independent jeweler had this same piece for double the price. Took a chance and searched Sam's and to my luck they had it for half the price. Perfect weight and exactly what I wanted. This necklace is on the larger end but that's the look I wanted. Now I know better and I'll be getting all my gold from Sams.

Bought it as a gift for my husband’s birthday and he loved it. It does kink a little but it’s not a big deal. Anything else I found that was comparable to this was 3-4 times more expensive.

Cuban Chain Link Necklace

This necklace has a beautiful brilliant shine; however, I am disappointed with the constant kink in the chain while handling the chain before clasping it on the neck. Once the necklace is on, there hasn’t been any problem but then too, I purchased a shorter length. I don’t know if the kinking problem would continue on a longer necklace. Over all, this was a present for my husband for Father’s Day and he wears his gold chains daily without taking them off except occasionally. Every time the chain is handled when off the neck, it does kink and it is difficult to straighten it out. I personally could not recommend this necklace for someone who will not continually wear the piece. Beautiful definitely but severely difficult to straighten without worrying about causing damage.
