I don't know what all the negative reviews are about that you can't vacuum them who would want to. Shake them outside put them in the washing machine they're washable they have a nice thin rubber back so they don't slide on the floor they look amazing I am in love with them the long one was long enough to cover the whole area in front in front of my glass sliders and the other one was just the right size for my front door I love them.

I love these rugs and the price. They are beautiful and wash up very well in the washer and even the dryer, even though I typically dry in the sun. I wish Sam’s would bring these back, in-store and online. I’d buy them in every color if they did.

LOVE, BRING BACK

These rugs are durable, lay flat even after washing.  They are difficult to vacuum but not impossible, my robot vacuum works just fine on them.  As one other reviewer said you can simply stand on one end and vacuum away from you, works well!

I love the ability to wash these two rugs. I bought because we have four big dogs. They stay in place so the dogs and husband don't slip and break a hip. They are a pain to vacuum, but, i have my husband stand on the end and i stand on  the other end. Then it will vacuum fine. I will do this since i like the ability to wash in the machine. I am going to buy 2 more for the dogs.

Best washing rugs

Very nice, but you can not vaccum these which is still okay because they are easy to wash. I use these in the bathroom and they don't slide around.

Beautiful

I really like these runners and the price is right. For us, the difficulty is attempting to have them vacuumed. We have several grades of vacuums and even the lightest one without the carpet beater with suck the carpet material in and bind the vacuum, causing the vacuum to be heavy and or stall and the carpet to move. The shipping creases on the longer runner will not lay flat. I guess these carpets require removing them from the house and shaking dust/dirt outside, and washing the carpet when needed. The carpet is soft enough to wash in a ***FRONT*** loading washer only, since the carpet is super light and pliable. However, it is remarkable how the backing sticks to the floor and prevents movement when not vacuumed.

Hard to vacuum; Creases wont lay flat.

Does anyone know if the backing on these rugs is safe for hardwood floors. the photos all looked like it was a more natural backing, I was disappointed that it is actually some kind of rubber or latex, but no information anywhere about what it actually is. It just says non-skid. I thought they were supposed to label all materials.

Suitable for Hardwood?

The rugs fit our space just right and looked really good.  HOWEVER, they cannot be vacuumed.  The rug gets stuck in the vacuum and is almost impossible to pull out.  Also worried that is will break my vacuum.  AND, it is such a be pain to take them outside and shake them off.

CANNOT VACUUM

Be aware that you cannot in any way shape or form vacuum these rugs. Generally, if they say they are machine washable in my experience after purchasing several different kinds you cannot vacuum them. This is a very long rug, so putting it in my washing machine will never happen. I would have to  make a trip to a laundromat and having a dog  I definitely want to be able to vacuum it every day. This was a dealbreaker for me and I did have to return them so I wanted everyone to be aware.

Cannot be vacuumed

Nice colors, very soft but impossible to vacuum.  Returned.
