Make a paste of 1 tablespoon baking soda and 2 tablespoons vinegar in a pan and fill warm water. Let the pan sit for a few hours then scrub the stains.</p> <h3>Is this set of cookware compatible with all cooktops?</h3> <p>Yes, the Member's Mark 11-Piece Modern Ceramic Cookware Set features a stainless steel stay-flat honeycomb base designed for use with induction cooking. The diameter of the pan’s induction base should be equal to or larger than the size of the induction element one is using. If the pan's induction base is much smaller than the induction heating element, the induction sensor may not recognize the pan and will not activate (heat).</p> <h3>Do the handles get hot?</h3> <p>The dual-riveted cast stainless steel handles are designed to stay cool and comfortable while you're cooking. But metal handle will get hot in the oven or longtime cooking in extremely high heat. We recommend using potholders when removing the pots and pans from the oven and cook in medium heat.</p> <h3>Tips for maintaining the cookware</h3> <p>Cook using low to medium heat. Since the heavy-gauge aluminum construction provides excellent conductivity and delivers even heat distribution, the use of high heat is not necessary. The leading cause of material to lose non-stick nature is the use of very high temperature. Select proper burner size so that the heat touches only the bottom of the cookware and does not climb up the side walls to avoid discoloration of exterior after long time cooking. Do not use nonstick aerosol cooking sprays in your pans. They will leave residue, which may be difficult to remove, and will cause foods to stick to the pans. A little bit of oil or butter is perfectly keeping foods smooth and avoid sticking on our ceramic cookware. Always cool the cookware down to room temperature before washing. A sudden temperature change (thermal shock) can cause metal fatigue, warping, deformation, non-stick deterioration, chipping and discoloration.</p> <p>If you have a gas stove with rough metal grates, be careful when you rotate and lean the pan. Carefully place pans on and off stovetops to avoid sliding across metal stovetops that may damage the bottom coating.</p> <p></p>

Absolutely LOVE this cookware! I made the comment after using it for a couple of weeks- “where has this been all my life!” It’s heavy and well made. Clean up is almost as easy as wiping it clean without scrubbing. I can’t say enough good things about this set!

Looking for a ceramic coated pots and pans?

The color of the cookware is beautiful. The handles are long n easy to grip. Love that they can be used in the oven n stovetop. Food washes off very easy. Hardly use any oil when cooking. 
The only negative is that the handles get hot when used on the stove top n if you're not used to that you'll burn yourself a few times.

This Member’s Mark 11-piece Modern Ceramic Cookware Set is the best set I’ve ever had. It’s well-made, has a great price, and is surprisingly easy to clean. If you want a great set, I highly recommend this one.

You'll love this cookware set

I purchased the black set about a month ago and really like the new cookware.  Great nonstick surfaces.  My only complaint is there is needs to be a 1 qt saucepan included in the set or available for separate purchase.

This cookware is great!

My kitchen has a lot of gold details in it and I wanted my pots and pans to match. This set has exceeded my expectations. Not only is it very functional but it’s beautiful too! The quality is very good and the price is even better.

I wasn’t happy to see the price of this product to be $199 minus $60 for the early Christmas sell when the same product was $189 just before the sell.

Sam’s raised the price by $10 for XMas sell!

They did not work on my induction stovetop as it said it would. Disappointing!
