I owned a Zwilling ceramic coated pan and wanted a complete set. This set has lids and the wonderful nonstick coating is one of the best. As an experienced chef I know how to treat cookware so food is cooked deliciously and with this set making meals is a dream. Whether cooking salmon and sautéing garlic and onions or mushrooms it's now so easy with almost no oil needed for that purpose. Remember to treat all cookware carefully such as never use high heat (it's never needed just heat the pan with moderate heat first), never use the dishwasher (the strong chemicals in dishwashers somehow destroy all cookware), cleaning the ceramic surface use only something like Scotch-Brite Non-scratch scrub sponge and dish soap. If something does stick to the surface just let hot soapy water rest in the pan and gently remove it with the scrub sponge. The glass lids in the set are terrific so you can adjust the heat down without removing the lids to see when your food may be cooking a little too fast. The pans are heavy duty and hold their heat after turning off the heat and that lets you work on other food prep. We're a two person household and the smaller pans are perfect for our food work. The larger pans, oven safe, are ideal for small roasts for a family of 4 to 6. Recommend you also buy silicone spatulas, stirrers, and pancake flipping tools. The silicone will go along way to keeping this set in like new condition. I love this set and hope you do as well.

Best Nonstick Cookware

We got this cookware set and already love it.  The best part is that you have the beauty of real stainless steel cookware with the ease of a great non-stick surface.  We have even been able to fry eggs in the fry pan without any oil.  These pans also seem to heat up very quickly compared to other cookware we have had in the past, and since they are thicker we can cook on medium heat and they still heat up and cook food great.  You will not regret getting this cookware set.

This is the best non-stick set of cookware that I have ever owned.  They are very well made, nice and sturdy. Have not had them very long so I haven't used all the pots yet.  The pans are assume, nothing sticks to them.

Nice varied selection of pots and pans.  We bought this set for a second home because we have Ben using the same set at our house for many years.   The ceramic coating provides a great non stick surface.

Great Features

Their non stick product is very sticky. No good. Then you try and do a claim and they say you can only cook wirh specific oil.  Thats crazy. DO NOT BUY...

These stick so bad, I have to put a ton of oil in pan to keep from sticking. I also have to use a metal spatula to flip eggs and pancakes, which I hate having to use metal on my cookware.
