I tried multiple times to order this item.  Each time I received a notification about an hour later stating my order had been canceled without explanation.  Contacted customer support and received no explanation.

You should have told me the email with the digital cards was “timed”!!!
I got an email saying to print or whatever else choice I had, BUT I was not near a printer and not at home. When I got home, I went to print them and absolutely NO email in my inbox anymore!!!!!!!!! Apparently, I just lost $100.  Thanks for WASTING my money!!!!

These cards were ordered by somebody else--not me.  This has caused me problems but i am working to make this better.  please be careful who learns your information and uses that information.

You guys canceled my order for no reason. Chat support couldn't figure it out either and told me to try buying again. It's limited to 2 per account. So since it was cancelled on your end the system thinks I already bought 2 and won't let me try again. Called phone support and the guy wasn't helpful at all. Said I'd have to purchase elsewhere and he didn't seem to care. Just became a member today and this was my first experience with y'all. Not good….
