The BEST!

Easy to use, very stylish and reasonably priced

Easy to handle

This is a convenient steamer to have on hand. It gets out the wrinkles in most fabrics in a few minutes with a pass of the wand. However, if you're looking for a heavy duty steamer this might not be it because it's just not powerful enough. Otherwise, it's lightweight and compact enough to bring on travels and for events to ensure that fabrics are wrinkle free.

Convenient and Compact

I love this steamer as it replaced a bulky large one that was a tripping hazard in my room and it is just as powerful. I liked it so well I purchased another one for my second home. Convenient and easy to fill and it heats up fast. What more could you want?

Great Little Steamer

This steamer works great! Gets out all the wrinkles and I love the fact that you can position it down like an iron. I couldn't do that with my old steamer. There will be water all over the floor.

Great Steamer

I wish I had this steamer when I was managing retail clothing stores; it puts out copious amounts of steam and heats up quickly.  The only downfall is filling the reservoir takes a bit of time due to the small opening.

This steamer does the job expeditiously

Not as powerfull as I hoped. Have to go over over one area and still don't get all the wrinkles out.

Weak

This hand held steam iron did not work very well. I used it with several different garments that were wrinkled and of various materials.  I saw about a 25% improvement at best and in order to get to 50% improvement I had to steam so heavily that the clothing got damp and had to be air or fluff dried.  Also it seemed to take a long time just to make that much progress.  For the amount of effort and lack of results I would say one star is generous.

Inefficient

I received this product and of course it doesn’t work. I called the customer service personnel and they’re sending me a replacement tank which I have yet to receive.

Hasn’t worked for me yet…

I just got this out of the box and very disappointed.  It does not suck the water up through the line to create steam.
