This has been a life change for us. It does everything a vacuum can take care of throughout the day. It vacuums the dog hair, which was a constant aggravation throughout the day. which was the most important issue for us. It has been such a great investment for us.

I never thought this Robotic vacuum would do such an excellent job until my nephew, who is a happy camper requested me to buy one and see how you would "Thank" this lady! I set it to run in the middle of the night and in the morning, I see a shiny carpet and floor.

This purchase was an upgrade to my previous Shark robot vacuum. I am very impressed with this newer model. My floors are spotless.

Thing is awesome still learning about the mopping mode but so far it is great very quiet until it empties.  Got it on clearance even better.

I am so glad to have a robot that also mops! I replaced my Roomba that stopped being able to communicate with wifi or the app. It was a bare bones sweeper that I had to empty each time. Now I can go a whole month without emptying it if I forget! The moping works very well, maping my house wasn't terrible but it could have done a little better. Trying to mark where my rilugs are was a bit difficult and it still isn't perfect. I was able to schedule it to run daily at a certain time. I just blneed to fill and connect the mop head when I want to mop. Not a big deal at all! With a price less than $200 I am elated!

Vacum

This item is nosier than my regular shark. It does not vacuum as well as my older model. Used the mopping for the first time and its supposed to vacuum at the same time it mops which it doesn't. Research others before purchasing this item.

Shark 2 in 1

The mop solution tank became defective and keep sending default codes. Had to send it back to Shark and still waiting for the replacement unit to be sent, customer service is not very helpful based on what there equipment cost

Do not recommend purchasing this left over model

It was only the seller the product was used when it was supposed to be new. It was missing a bunch of parts. I was able to replace the parts and use it. It seems to work pretty good.
