I work from home and needed a new office chair. I got this for Christmas and even though its been two days of having it, i can honestly say it is a really nice chair. the assembly was not too hard, the comfort of the chair is perfect not too hard and not too soft, the heat does take a minute but I only used it once, and the shiatsu massage is perfect, you can adjust the pressure so its not intense or too light. 
so far no complaints at all.

It delivers everything it says. 
Easy set up, maybe 20 minutes for my novice tool talents. 
Very sturdy. 
Quality materials. 
The screw holes line up properly.

Massage chair

I feel supported and relaxed all at the same time while sitting here with our without the massage feature in. It's a versatile chair that's easy to use the functions on. It's well designed and makes perfect sense for someone like me who works from a desk all day!

Incredible Office Massage Chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, so lets get the one con out of the way and its at the controller is in a weird spot. But, this thing is awesome. The leather smooth, reclines and swings easily, and the massage feature is great.

This chair is awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair is a pretty brown color. The leather is high quality and is very smooth. The chair itself is very comfortable as well. The massage part definitely adds a much needed bonus after working all day. The buttons to turn on the massage are easy to find and press.

Massage Office Chair

Just got the chair. The instructions were in French and Spanish only. No English lucky I was able to figure it out fron the pictures.  The massage is very nice. I think that I will truly enjoy this chair once I figure out all of the settings. I would give 5 stars if not for the instructions snafu.

Very nice but no English instructions

Easy enough to put together by yourself. I tested it out and played around with the settings it's not super powerful but it does feel good and the heat setting makes it better. I do kind of wish the massage part went up a little bit higher on your back or my back I should say I'm 5 foot eight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This type of chair lends itself to a specific market. Long hours working with minimal breaks would make this chair great for the hard worker. The massage option is great but it makes the back cushion slightly uncomfortable when not in use. Good color and lines for a modern choice.

Interesting option!

Overall this seems to be a really nice chair. It is well built and the material feels good. You can definitely tell it is heavy duty and made to support weight. Assembly was pretty easy and they send very nice tools to put it together with. The massage balls are a nice feature. The chair has good height adjustment and they can either rock or be stationary.

For the cons: the massage balls have three different settings the only difference I can tell is the direction that they rotate. Additionally, these balls do not move up and down in the chair they stay stationary and only massage your lower back. For the extra price I had hoped that the balls moved up and down. Also, the back of the chair does not move independently from the base. Either the entire chair reclines or no recline at all.

Overall this seems to be a really well-made office chair, the massage is a nice feature but I don’t know if it justifies the higher cost over some of the other office chairs.
