So I am VERY particular about pillows. I like full and dense and sleep with about 5 pillows every night. It started when I was pregnant 4 years ago and I haven't went back LOL. I waited for a couple of months of use with these pillows before I reviewed them so I had enough time with the product to give a TRUE review. What I love most about these pillows is how COOL they actually stay and feel. I am a VERY warm sleeper and these pillows keep my head cool consistently - not just for the first few minutes. These pillows also hold their shape / density - definitely not the pillow that goes flat after sleeping on for a couple of months - it is FULL and stays full!! And last but not least, it's not TOO full where you can't mould it into the desired position or shape. All in all? This pillow is absolutely perfect and I've gotten so much better sleep because of it. I've already ordered more for my bed and for my mom and dad! 10/10!!

Perfect Pillow? THIS IS IT!

I’ve been using this pillow for about 2 months now & I cannot complain. Very comfortable, cool & great quality. Before this pillow, I used to sleep with 2 pillow that would always loose their shape/density. This pillow has replace all my other piles of pillows! Definitely recommend

Very Comfy Pillow

I waited a little over a year to review these pillows, and they are honestly my favorite pillows. I get hot really easy while sleeping and these pillows actually stay cool! They are the perfect amount of firmness and flexible.

In love!!!

I’ve tried plenty of pillows that promised the “perfect night’s sleep,” but this one actually comes close. The balance between softness and support is spot-on — it cradles the head without swallowing it whole. I didn’t wake up with a stiff neck (a rare win in the pillow world), though if you like an extra-firm feel, this might lean a little too plush for your taste. The materials feel durable and breathable, so it doesn’t trap heat like cheaper alternatives. Overall, it’s not a magical cloud from the heavens, but it’s definitely earned a permanent spot on my bed.

A Pillow That Balances Fluff and Firm

This 2 pack of serta cooling pillows are pretty good but not the best at cooling. They start off nice and cool but after about 10 minutes they start to get warm. Also these pillows are a bit underfilled and not the firmest I've used. I wish they were more firm and a thicker pillow. A bit on the thinner side with the overall fill in each one. Not a bad pillow but certainly not the best ones I've used. If they had better cooling and more fill they would be much better.

Good pillow but not the best at cooling

Initially, I was very excited about this product but over the week and a half I used it, it flattened significantly. The cooling feature was nice but, ultimately, it was not a show stopper. The pillow was easily manipulated but did not hold its shape throughout the night.

Okay pillow but nothing to write home about…

I absolutely love memory foam pillows and was ecstatic to try these. I loved the idea of cooling technology in a pillow and never had a cooling pillow before. I did a quick google search to find the pillows are extremely affordable which should have been my first clue they wouldnt live up to the expectations of being a real memory foam pillow. 

When I orginally opened the package I was impressed they came with their own instructions on how to care for and wash the pillow. The presentation was spot on for selling a high quality pillow. They did have am odd smell, but it wasnt a big deal and went away a couple hours after opening them. My first impression was how fluffy they were. I would call the material inside closer related to a cotton than I would a foam. The cooling technology is not present in my opinion. The description also states if you sleep hot, then do not buy these pillows. With that being said I feel they shouldn't even be advertised as cooling pillows. These pillows are extremely affordable and although they fell short of the memory foam and cooling technology, I feel they are sufficient for using as an everyday pillow. If you're looking for a cooling memory foam pillow, then this is not the pillow for you. I highly recommend spending more research finding a higher quality pillow to fit those two needs.

Very disappointed in the quality of this pillow. It’s lumpy (made of random bits stuff inside), does not cool and flattens within minutes of laying down. I found myself fluffing up the pillow throughout the night. I expected a higher quality product coming from Serta. I’m normally a very warm sleeper so having a cooling pillow was definitely enticing. Unfortunate that it didn’t help give my neck support or help me keep my body temperature down throughout the night.

Lumpy, Warm and Unsupportive

The pillows were very dirty, referring to this material is the last thing that I buy, I will not buy anything similar due to the state in which I received this product. I decided not return them because I live far away,  and I can’t waste my time discussing something that is ethical and quality should have been given me clean and in good condition!
