Sams delivered the cooler one day after ordering; it came well packaged and after about 15 minutes I had the unit in place and waiting for the cooler function to get to work. I gave it two hours and the water was already cold. By the way it is the easiest bottom loader to get the 5-gallon bottles in and out. Well after a month of use I would recommend this Primo Dispenser!

It Just Works!

I'm really loving the water dispenser. There's nothing like a cold glass of H20 when you need it! The Primo provides it on demand and looks good doing it. 

I did pick up the dispenser in a club because I saw too many reviews about it being damaged with shipping. 

No complaints at all. My family and I love it.

Great water dispenser

easy to set up following the instructions (plug-in to the electrical outlet, put in the water container, run the water through the system, turn on the night-light... etc.). it can accommodate 4-gallon or 5-gallon water container. Hot water is hot enough for tea or instant coffee. Very convenient and quick access to hot and cool drinking water.

Perfect pair with my Refrigerator.

Very happy with this purchase. We had the lower-end model of this, and the water pump in it died. I am NOT a handyman, and figured it would just be easier to replace it outright - and I'm glad we did, because we like it even better than the old one, water pump notwithstanding!

Fantastic Water Dispenser

This Primo water dispenser checks all box. The 5-Gal jug is loaded from the bottom, so no more lifting heavy water jug. It is quiet and the pump works excellent. The nightlight adds a nice blue glow to the room. Why rent a machine when you flat out own your own. This was a great investment!

No Strain Water Dispenser!

Love It!!! When I first set up the dispenser, of course there was a little bit of noise but that’s expected with the hot / cold water being generated. I love the night light, it doesn’t drip and although I do not have young children / grandchildren the safety latch is awesome. Product is a great size fits just about anywhere!

Primo Perfecto

Works very well. Water is hot enough to make tea also cold enough you can drink it without ice. Not having to pick up bottle is awesome.

I love it. This dispenser was bought as a replacement of a rental from a water delivery company. Same brand, same great quality.

Priced just right

Cold is is room temperature and not cold.  I had an older top load primo water dispenser before this where the cold water was so cold I sometimes added some hot water just to drink it.   Now with this one, I have to put water in the freezer to get it to a cold temperature.   I may end up returning it.

Cold water not cold.

Reasonable price, nice looking design and it's quiet when dispensing water.  The down size is the two water dispensers are too low compare to the dispenser that we rented, same manufacturer.  Another downside is that if you have your water delivery, it's a hassle because you have to remove the entire cap to insert the suction spout.  Also, the door is a little difficult to open because it doesn't have a slot that gives you a better grip to open.
