Nordic Ware 2-Piece Traditional and Crisper Pizza Pan

<p>This Nordic Ware set is made for any pizza-lover! These aluminum pans are the best material for even heating fast and evenly and acts as a shield to prevent burning. The 16" Hot Air Pizza Crisper provides airflow due to tiny holes in the bottom of the pan for crispier crusts and aeration of your pizza. The rimmed edged helps prevent warping and is also helpful for taking the pizza in and out of the oven. The Traditional Pizza Pan is a go to for pizza night at home, and is great for thicker crusts and homemade pizza creations.<br>   Natural aluminum helps create even baking and browning for beautiful crusts and no cold spots! These pans are broiler safe and will not rust. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan. Proudly made in the USA.</p>

There are two pans in the set; one with air holes and one without.  Both pans are lightweight but very sturdy; even with heavier pizza on the pan, it doesn’t flex.  We used the one with air holes on pizza, and it made the crust crispy, just the way we like it,

Lightweight and sturdy set

These two Nordic ware aluminum pizza pans are great. The 16" crisping pan did just what it was suppose to do, crisp the pizza perfectly. The 14" traditional pan also cooked the pizza perfectly just not as crispy. The 16" pan has holes in the pan to let hot air move around the pizza. They both clean very easy and will never rust. Dishwasher is not advised as they will change colors due to the cleaning products.

I used the pizza crisper on my leftover pizza. It worked great to crisp and reheat the pizza.  The holes allowed a darker crust than was already there but not burnt.  Needed to put foil on rack under pan to catch drippings from pizza.

the pizza and crisper pan were a pleasant surprise. We have purchased several things that claim to crisp up your food , but this is truly the first one that actually works!! were re-heated pzza, and french fries and BOTH re-heated to a very full crispiness. the aluminum pam disperses the heat evenly warming everything on the try the same.

Crisper that actually works!!!!

This is a good pizza set for those of us that have crispy and just baked pizza people in one house. The vented pan does a fantastic job of getting the crust nice and crisp. The solid pan cooks thoroughly without being so crisp.

2 pans 1 great set

Try and find something better. Studies on aluminum show a possible 2 times increase in dementia risk and 3 times alzheimer's risk.
