It was an excellent purchase. I have not owned a video game console in over 20 years. I wanted something modern but not too expensive. It works great, love that it is portable and can connect to the TV. Found an excellent price here at Walmart and took the opportunity. I love the color combination and the customizations possible. For someone who is not knowledgeable about video games in loving it. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to start playing games and wants something great and affordable compared to the newest model. I think it was a great investment. I love to travel and it will be a great distraction for long flights, car rides, and the never ending time waiting at doctor appointments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've purchased one before as a gift. Great quality.  Hours of entertainment.  Price is expensive but with the cost of everything. It is expected. Im excited for my grandson's to open this Christmas morning!

The Switch made even better. Screen is much improved, quality is top-notch. Design is sleek and durable. Huge library of games, with decent battery life.

Must have for any gamer

It should've been cheaper since the Switch 2 is out now. I paid practically full price for it. That being said, it's a SOLID gaming console! LOVE IT so far!!!

cant take my eyes off the console color so many remakes and classic games to play this summer and wait till my lil nieces get here for the mario  adventure!!!

starting off summer with Nintendo!

I have been told this OLED is much better graphics quality from the regular Nintendo Switchthough the actual difference from the original is a slightly bigger screen.

Wonderful purchase and upgrade to my other switch. The screen is clearer and larger makibg it easier to play. Great price and delivery was soooo fast.

Upgrade to my older switch...

I love the handheld gaming system. I have played it on TV's but prefer using just the handheld. The graphics are amazing and I haven't had any problems with games lagging yet. The first one I bought was for my daughter but I enjoyed it so much myself that a couple of days later I bought my own.

I got this for my daughter, she has a Nintendo switch lite, but we thought it would be fun for her to be able to play on her tv with her friends and sisters. It was a hit! We were on the fence on if we should wait for the new version to come out, but there’s really no need. This is great and setup was a breeze. The actual Nintendo and Microsoft sign ins are always a pain, but we’ve got it down by now.

pricing for nintendo switches are too high especially the nintendo switch 2, when playstation and xbox are lower in price for better console functionality if the oled and switch 2 where lower i would give a better rating
