Our church was gifted this amazing gas range three months ago.  It has exceeded our expectations.  One oven is full size and you can easily adjust the racks to meet your needs.   The other is a bit smaller and just right for baking or reheating smaller dishes. Although we haven't used the griddle yet it is a reasonable size and seems well constructed.

Perfect for our Church's Fellowship Hall!

I Love this stove.  The size and double oven and larger size gives an amazing look in my kitchen.  The griddle is amazing for a flat cook top. The duel ovens helps with not having a lot of room to have a different double oven option.  Feels like a food network kitchen along with having plenty of burner and oven space to make a large meal!

Amazing Range

This range is excellent for home use. Great for cooking large family meals and for canning. 2 ovens helps when trying to fix a desert while cooking the meal in larger oven.

Range

I love it.  Oven gets to temp really quickly.  Burners are awesome and provide a ton of heat.  The look and style is fantastic .  As a heads up it is super heavy so make sure you have muscle to get the oven into your house.

48 nxr range great buy

Bought pre-pandemic for new house.  Finally finished house and having issues with both the range and the vent hood.  The issue with the range is that the ignitors do not stop when you turn the gas on.  The issue with the vent hood is that the grates do not fit into the slots as the manual shows, we have had numerous people try (with and without instructions).  3 stars until we can actually use.

Installation Issues

Home came with the NXR gas oven and cooktop.  Cooktop is fine.  The oven temps have a large swing as the gas goes on and off which can be a challange when baking.  Manual tells you to always use convention but you have to remember to turn the convection fan off.   Main issue, as others noted, there is no one to work on the product when there is an issue.  Would not buy for that reason.  At the price point can live with most of the challanges but not having tech support in the area is not good.

Buy a name brand

we bought this 2 yrs ago and installed last year when home was finished. The ovens have never worked right . NXR has no one to service in our area. Dont buy if you live in rural area. NXR gave us a company that no longer in business. Had 2 companies look at it. After $250 service calls still not fixed.  Wife uses $300 oven to cook. not happy!

We purchased this stove for our new house. It was installed of February of this year. The door never shut completely and the oven would not stay on and therefore would not cook food correctly. Upon calling the company they sent parts and then sent us youtube videos for us to repair it ourselves even though it has a 2 year warranty. We did repair the stove and now it is having the same issues. They told us they will send us more parts. I refuse to repair it  again since it has a warranty. Also, I dont want to have to keep repairing it every few months and when cooking the othere day when I pulled out the pan there were screws from the inside of the oven. This cannot be safe.

Do not buy this Range/Oven

We have had this gas range for 3years. After 1 1/2 years we had to have it serviced for igniters failure. While they were here, we pointed out the deteriated insulation in the glass doors that was causing white dust in the oven. They said not covered. The door on the smaller oven no longer opens without great force. Customer service is terrible. We need to replace this soon. Will never buy NXR again.

Many issues

Oven broke, ignition switch doesn't work for oven unless you get lucky, oven door leaks and doesn't shut no one wants to work on it. Have had it 3 years broke down after 5 months.garbage
