Great product, recommend for anyone who wants to use it in compact spaces, dedicated displays for coding, testing, etc

Great product - Beautiful visuals, elegant package

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I travel quite a bit with my setup, and the worst part is always packing monitors. You have to find a screwdriver, take the base apart, sandwich it between two fragile pieces of styrofoam, and slide it into the edge of an oversized box while the flaps on the box rub pieces of styrofoam off and make a mess. The Geminos solves all these issues, no screwdriver to take the base apart, and a smaller box that actually opens fully so you can set the monitor directly into the box. 

For the monitor itself, the display is great, the touchscreen is awesome - very responsive, accurate and recognizes multi touch. My favorite thing about the touch screen is that it doesn't feel like a glossy monitor screen like a laptop touch screen would, it has more of a matte finish and is smoother to use, like a drawing pad. 

The only complaints I have is the cables sent with the monitor are quite short. The USB C cables are all like 3 feet long, which restricts installation options, however, it is easy enough to get replacements that are longer.

Dream Come True

I have been using this for 1 month so far and it is game changer. I now can show 4 screens in the same space I had for 2 screens. I used these for my home office and I like the integrated webcam. I hood up some bluetooth speakers to make my teams call louder but other than that this has been easy to use. I also had to order a longer HDMI cable for my laptop but everthing works like charm. I wish they made a larger size like 27" or 32" since I want a larger immersive experience. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Geminos X, the design and functionality is key for me as I make the switch in my career to tech. I do not use the camera or speakers but appreciate the option as well as the ports. I would love to give this product 5 stars but the resolution of the top screen REALLY needs improvement, the colors are muted and I'm constantly adjusting the brightness and contrast on the top screen. Hoping there will be a huge improvement in the future models!

Cables area little sketch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the monitor itself and how great the screen looks. The res is a little lower than I thought but the bigger issue I had was the cables themselves. Both of my usbc-usbc cables bent and broke within the first week. 

Granted, I could have been more gentle, but I truly did not realize how infelxible they were and how easy it was for the tip to break off. MP does not have a direct usb-c to usb-c replacement and my usb-a to usb-c chord from MP doesn't work to plug my computer in to the monitor.

now I am using one screen because I have the HDMI but not the other chords :(

Great monitor , poor cables

I purchased the Geminos X from Sam's Club based on their description stating that both bottom screens were touch-enabled. However, upon receiving the product, I discovered that the bottom screen was not touch-enabled as advertised.
I contacted Sam's Club, and they advised me to reach out to Mobile Pixels directly. Despite multiple attempts to contact Mobile Pixels, I received no response. The lack of support and poor after-sales service is extremely frustrating.
Overall, the product did not meet expectations, and the customer service experience was disappointing. Definitely not worth the investment.

Disappointed with the Product and After-Sales Serv

Purchased in Nov 2023, by June 2024, the bottom monitor started to cut out.  By July, both monitors stopped working.  Customer service is a complete joke.  They had me test every wire & cable combination before admitting there was a problem.   Still waiting to get my repaired unit back.  Cool concept of a stacked display, spend your money on something that actually works.
