I ordered a "feel better" flower arrangement to send to my sister after her surgery.  The photos showed gorgeous flowers in a vase. Ordering was easy and the communication by texts are emails in regard to my order status and points of travel & delivery of the flowers. They arrived as scheduled and were carefully protected.  My sister and I were very pleased. I will always send flowers via Sam's Club.  Thank you for this great experience. 👍

Flowers

I ordered these flowers for two different friends in different states, they both sent pictures and they were beautiful, so fresh looking. A week later my friend sent another picture and they were still awesome looking, she could not believe it. It was so nice to see, because when you send something you never know how they will be. Definitely ordering from them again!

Best purchase ever!

Way better than the flowers from the other online flower shops. Fast delivery and for it all was perfect. The purchase was for my mom and she loved them.

Amazing Flowers

Ordered for my sister's birthday & 3 weeks later the flowers are still gorgeous!!  The care that went into the packaging/handling was phenomenal.  The presentation was beyond anything that I've ever ordered/received from a local florist.  Sam's is our "go to" for flower orders.  🌹🌻🌾  No more mediocre bouquets from other online companies.  Will definitely order again!! 🤩

Stunning bouquet!!

I ordered these beautiful flowers for my niece who has surgery and lives in TX.  Florists have higher cost as well as delivery fees, so I took a chance with Sam’s.  The flowers were delivered as expected. I was very pleased and will definitely order again, but the flowers that were delivered were not exactly as pictured online.

Cheaper than Florist

Most of the flowers were beautiful BUT the roses were already wilted and half dead.  I ordered from Florida and sent them to Georgia. Not sure if that was a factor or not.

A little disappointed

The flowers arrived wilted. One of the roses had completely lost its petals. Looking at the tracking history, they went from south Florida to Colorado overnight. My guess is they were flown in and suffered from cold exposure in transit especially since the colors were still vivid.

Wilted and sad

I ordered these flowers to be delivered for a family member going through a rough time as a cheerful expression of support.   No where did i see these flowers required the person receiving them to cut and arrange the flowers themselves.   I picked Sam's because they are located in the town of where i was sending the flowers and assumed an arrangement be made and would be delivered as pictured.   The order was delivered in a box that was damaged and half opened (see attached pictures).  The flowers in the box had less flowers and greenery than pictured online.  I feel this is very deceiving by not disclosing how the flowers would be sent and by not getting sending what is pictured.   I will never order flowers from you again.

Very disappointing

First time to use and will probably never try again.  The flowers were very colorful, but half the bouquet was wilted when delivered  The greeting card was missing, so the receipent did not know who sent them until we called to wish her happy 85th.  They were not in bud form.  When we ordered, we thought they were delivered locally.  I guess they are shipped from central america to miami and then to town of delivery.

Think locally

Lackluster.  I was embarrassed by the photo from my sister that I received.  Also, this is the second time that the delivery date must just be an "if we can get it there" estimate.  It was two days late.
