Small and delicious loin chops. These are the t-bone of the lamb cuts. Remove from fridge about and hour before grilling, toss in a bag with a little oil and fresh garlic. Season with salt prior to grilling. Best served medium rare no more than medium. Excellent with mint sauce, just fresh mint, malt vinegar and a touch of sugar.

The T-bone of Lamb!

My family doesn’t like lamb, period. They’ve tried it and have never liked the taste. This past Father’s Day I put on a feast. For one of the early courses I marinated some of these lamb chops and some farm raised quail in a mixture of spicy V8, soy sauce and a sprinkle of dry rub mixture. Smoked them on my pellet grill at 250 about 1 hour then turned up the heat and open flame seared them with a light coat of BBQ sauce…..yeah, BBQ sauce! Brought them inside while the family was already grazing on some appetizers and told them the lamb and quail were the next course. So curios they were, they couldn’t stand looking at these delicious looking little grilled lamb chops and started cutting one, then another, then another into bite sized pieces until they were all gone. Delicious they exclaimed, didn’t have that lanolin taste at all !! Even the grilled quailed disappeared in the same manner. Non traditional cooking methods can transform non traditional foods. I’ll be buying them again, my family has already requested I cook them for the next gathering !!

I changed their minds…..

Sam’s has the best lamb around. Aussie lamb is prime. Fantastic price too.  Loin chops are good size, uniform, and most importantly, fresh.  They were delicious!

Best lamb in town

I was curious to try lamb chops, saw them at the store and the price was good in case I didn't care for it. I was really surprised at how good this lamb was. Had it not been for the good pricing I probably wouldn't have bought it.

Best lamb chops I have bought. I get these all the time. Took me about 3 times to figure out the gamy taste seasoning crusher. Now some people can't even tell they are lamb chops until I tell them. I call them baby t-bones until the taste test is complete. Lol

Worth the money spent, the prices are always very reasonable. The meat is always fresh/tender. I've bought this product several times and for my brother as well.

Money Well Spent

Your picture shows how many lamb chops i should've received in my 2 packages which is a total of 16 chops.  My packages only had 6 each for a total of 12.  I think you should make your orders look like the pictures
  If you show 8 in a package, deliver 8 per package.

Not afraid of price

I like to use, scan and go and just would not connect. I talked to a employee they didn't know it was down or not so it went out to the filling station and I couldn't connect there either.

Wifi not connected to my phone

One of the chops was rancid and discolored. They covered it up with one of the labels on the package.So I couldn't see it when I bought it.
