We got this beach towel for our house to use by the pool. I was extremely happy to feel that the towel weighs less than prior versions we purchased at Sam’s and feels thinner while still being absorbent. I love that they have added a loop to hang the towels for easy drying outdoors. I will be going back to get more towels!

Love this beach towel

Extra large beach towel, some might even call it a beach blanket.  When taken to the beach (I wish I had taken a picture there) the sand comes off very nicely.  I even used it to cover up and prevent sunburn while on the ocean.  I would purchase again

Extra large beach towel

I was skeptical when I ordered these and assumed I would be returning them. However, after one use on the beach I’m convinced these were worth the purchase. The sand free side is not scratchy like I assumed it would be and really does repel sand. I would purchase these again.

Great beach towels

This is not your standard terry cloth lightweight towel. This super thick and heavy. One side is nice and smooth to lay on the sand and soft side is perfect to lay on. The generous size of this towel (more like a blanket) let's me (6'2") lie completely flat with only my feet in the sand. The hanging loop is ideal for letting it dry. The sand shakes right off of it and away you go!  Perfect towel for the perfect beach day!!

Perfect beach towel for the perfect beach day

Love this beach towel. I have tried several other brands of beach towels and this one is the best. The sand really did shake off after being used at the beach for hours. I have washed this towel and it has retained its softness and color beautifully. I will be purchasing these for my family.

Best Sand Towel

This is a super nice beach towel! With as popular as going to the beach is, it’s surprising someone hasn’t thought of this earlier - a beach towel with a side that resists sand! If you’ve ever been to the beach, you know how annoying it is to get sand everywhere. It seems no matter how much you try to shake one out there’s still sand. 

The backside of this towel is made differently than the front, so that it dramatically reduces the amount of sand you’ll have to deal with as it will not adhere to the material. Of course, you won’t be able to keep every grain off of the front side, but it sure can make it easier. 

The towel still provides a good thickness that if you do take a dip in the water, you still be able to get a good dry off. The colors are nice and works well with the aesthetics of the towel. Certainly worth giving it a try if you want a functional towel and less sand to deal with.

Great Towel for Dealing With Less Sand

Love this beach towel! It is absorbent, generously sized, attractive, and washes well. The fabric is designed to easily shake off sand for a more enjoyable beach experience. Haven’t had the opportunity to test it at the beach yet, but it has been in regular rotation for use after swimming.

Absorbent and good quality towel

Not what I expected but nice   I expected a different type of material on the underside or something that could make it "resistant".  I think "resistant" is inappropriate but I do like the thickness & size of it more than any other beach towel i purchased.

Not what I expected but I like it

This towel is large enough to not rollover and get sand all over yourself when you flip over.  Or to have your young children to play on. This beach towel is lightweight. It is not as soft as some beach towels that Sam’s Club has had in the past.

Super sized beach towel

This sand friendly beach towel is a solid value. It feels a little thin and is not as cushy as a bath towel would be but it work well for its intended purpose. Using it at the beach on sand the “cushiness” factor really isn’t an issue. There is a flat side (goes on the sand and is marked on the tag as well) and the woven side which goes up. The sand shakes off easily when you are ready to go and pack it up. My one complaint would be that even though it is marketed as an adult size towel I could not lay on it without some part of my body having to be on sand (I’m six foot tall for reference). Otherwise, I like the all cotton design. Like I said, another solid Member’s Mark value.
