Purple Black Diamond Crape Myrtle review

I absolutely love, love, love this purely purple so much… I had to buy another one immediately.

Match made in heaven

I bought one of these back in the spring, after wanting a dark purple crepe for years.  I wanted a fairly short dark purple tree crepe and this one checked off all my boxes!  I was hesitant to have a plant like this shipped, but I shouldn't have worried one bit.  The nursery packaged it in such a way that short of being run over by a forklift, there was no way my precious crepe myrtle could have been damaged.  It arrived on time and in excellent shape.  The pot it was in had been wrapped securely so that the soil couldn't escape its confines.  Fast forward to now, and my beautiful Black Diamond Purely Purple Crepe has the most luscious dark purple blooms, more are budding, and this is it's first year!
