The design of it is so much better than the one it's replacing- the area where the attachments are installed are covered well- and the vents for air intake and exhaust are nice and small- will help to keep ingredients from being sucked in or splashed into.

Very pleased, would buy again.

I purchased the Flex Edge Hand Mixer 2 years ago - works great, but in comparison to my older hand mixer, the highest speed is like medium on the old one.  Feel like when you are trying to make meringue and such, that the highest it goes is like a medium.  Don't make things like they used to.

Average Speed

Wanted to love it. This mix has 3 general speeds: slow, slower, and slowest. The build quality is only okay. Beaters don't stay in well.  We are buying a new one after a year of occasional use.

Okay mixer, not worth the price

I have a KitchenAid 6 Speed Hand Held mixer (Model: KFC3516ER) that I’ve used only three times and the black plastic/flex  portion of the beaters is peeling off into my cookie dough. What can be done to correct this?
