We’ve just begun our gluten free journey with our 20 year old granddaughter and being the baker in the family I needed to fine a way to make her special treats taste good. I pulled recipes from Pinterest and everyone baking gluten free seemed to have a flour they particularly liked. I kept reading and King Arthur Gluten-Free Flour kept being mentioned. I purchased online from Sam's, flour was delivered in 2 days, and have had great success with the 1:1 substitution. Granddaughter got a funfetti birthday cake and her all time favorite, a chocolate chip cookie cake, for her 20th birthday. Easter came along with another cookie cake, sugar cookies, strawberry pie, all gluten free, all turned out great, and the flour substituting was easy with King Arthur 1:1 flour.

New to Gluten Free

My wife loves this stuff.  She says it is one of the best quality gluten free flours she has found - and she bakes as a side-hustle.  She says texture is amazing and that it performs in recipes very much as you would expect flour to perform - with no crazy adaptations or incantations necessary to make a recipe work.

This is the best gluten free flour I've tried, and I think I've tried them all! Thank you, Sam's for selling this in bulk at a great price! This is a huge help to those who suffer from Celiac Disease and gluten intolerance or even for those who follow the gluten free diet for other reasons. We usually get ripped off for gluten free items.

Excellent product at a great price.  Use exactly as titled, equal measurements of this for the flour measurement in your recipe.  No other adjusting necessary, tastes totally ‘normal’, just no gluten.

I have a child with a gluten, nut, and dairy allergy. It's been extremely hard trying to find food that doesn't contain those three ingredients. I'm grateful to have found 5lbs of this product vs paying 5 to 10 dollars or more for only 1 pound of gluten, nut, and dairy free flour.

Several family members are gluten free, very hard to find the flour.  King Arthurs is the best.  Thank you for caring it for a limited time.  I will check again when I order on line.

It’s the BEST,

check for recipes before you attempt working with this flour.  I've baked breads for years and I had no expertise for working with this flour.  it rises well but texture is very similar to meal products.  I was not prepared for the bland flavor.  Definity the quality and cost much better than buying at retail stores.
