Both heads of lettuce in one package have been really full and fresh. I like the pair separately sealed in one bag.We can make a lot of salad with a very low cost. There's not as much green layers das I would like, but there is still quite a bit of green leaves to use.

Good value, fresh

If you get this lettuce on the 1st or 2nd day of the shipment you are going to get a quality head of lettuce. After the 3rd day the pickings start to go downhill until they are chicken food and Sam's does not mark down rotted vegetables.

Perishable Goods need constant care!

Taylor Farms Products are extremely good.  I do not know how long Sam’s has carried this brand but I just found it this spring. I buy the cole slaw, pkg of 2 heads of iceberg lettuce and the pkg of 6 romaine hearts lettuce.  Gee, so thankful I do….we eat a lot of salads and sandwiches.

Taylor Farms Excellent

Very fresh and great quality.  Half the cost of 2 heads of iceberg lettuce at Giant Eagle or Walmart.  They lasted us about 3 weeks and they maintained their quality

Quality lettuce

Price was fine.  Large iceberg lettuce.  We don't usually eat iceberg, but wanted a wedge salad.  They lasted about 2 weeks.  Flavor was fine--it's iceberg, so you're not going to have a salad because of it's uniqueness.  It's a bed to put all your other favorite toppings on.  :). I'd buy again.

As far as iceberg goes, this one's a keeper.

The iceberg lettuce from Sam’s club doesn’t spoil as quickly as what I purchase from the grocery store.  The heads are compact and heavy for size. I spend about a third less at Sam’s for this double package than I would purchasing 2 heads at the grocery store.

Fresher, larger and better price here

Hit-and-miss if you have it delivered. I've bought it for delivery and received full-size heads, then I've had it delivered, and the heads were half the size, wilted and withered. It's good if you buy it in store because you'll only buy it if it's fresh. It's hard to recommend for delivery. Sure you can select "meet the driver" but that makes it awkward in my opinion.

Good if fresh in-store, iffy for delivery

This is the first time I had lettuce that became covered in black stuff. I was only able to save about 1/2 of one head.  Went from store into refrigerator same as numerous times before. I will continue to purchase since this is a one off.

Spoiled quickly

Very disappointed in product size and quality.  Bought Sam's lettuce over a competitor's thinking I may get more for the money. The heads might make one salad each if I would even want to use it. The heads were wilted and brown in spots, looked like I had it in the fridge for week.  I would return if the return process was easier.

2 HEADS ARE NOT BETTER THAN ONE

I bought this to use used as a layer for somen salad I was making for my daughter's babyshower.  I purchased this on Nov 13th, and opened it on Nov 15th. When I opened the bag, most of the layers of lettuce had brown rust spots on them and the leaves were limp, not crisp. As I cut into the heads of lettuce I found more brown spots. I couldn't use most of it. I took pictures and will show them to Sam's Club staff the next time I'm there.
