Got my delivery and everything was in tact, no loose cans from a torn up box. Everything in this order came on time and correct 😊

Ginger

Great beverage but one was smashed apparently during shipping so the cardboard containers were a wet mess. Otherwise great price and taste.

Dent

tastes good, but way too sugary.  It would be better with half the sugar.  The sugar overwhelms the ginger flavour

Too much sugar

We love this ginger beer and buy it in stores all the time! The negative review is because, upon having it shipped to our house, it arrived 2 cans short and boxes I'm shambles as two cans were exploded in the package. Be careful when ordering for delivery!

Great product- Poor shipping

The product is outstanding BUT Sam's does not carry it in the store!  As such, you must order it on line and the packing has been VERY poor and the packing box was too flimsy to support the product weight.  I have placed three orders thusfar and each time, some the cans get punctured in shipping resulting in a dripping, sticky mess.  The carrier notified me that my last order was NOT delivered because of damage.  I would rather have the product instead of a credit!

Where’s the ginger

Even though it's literally in the description that this is a non alcoholic item, Sams Club still has it labeled internally as an alcoholic beverage. The Only option I have is to have it delivered as our stores don't carry this. When I ordered it online they didn't even put it in the box; when I called customer service they couldn't give me a refund or send me a replacement because they label it as alcohol. It took 2 phone calls and being transferred to a manager before the issue could be resolved which is just dumb for a soft drink.

Label your items correctly Sams!

Everytime I order canned items from Sams they arrive damaged. I lose at least a half case of ginger beers as theyve burst. They shouldn't package them in sich large boxes as they move in transit.

Do NOT buy these online

I ordered 3 cases, Sam's Club shipped them to Kansas from NC, by the time they arrived, 90% of the cans had exploded due to the extreme heat across the USA.

Heated Cans

When I received my package, it was wet from 2 empty cans. The rest of the cans except for 5 cans were severely dented on the top of the can or at the bottom. I called customer service the day I received my item but they said I would receive a call back within 3 days because there was not a resolution at the time. I have not received a refund or replacement product.
