When the earrings arrived I opened the box to find one of the dark blue topaz stones loose in the box.  I returned the item to Sam's for a full refund.  I would order these earrings again because they are so pretty.

The earrings are beautiful earrings!  However, I was disappointed when they arrived because one of the pearls had been damaged. I called Sams club immediately upon opening the package since I purchased them online. I was told they would be replaced, and a label would be sent for the return of the damaged pair. 
Well, two separate calls were made from Sams club asking if I had returned them because they were sold through a third party and asked that I check my email. I was able to check both times while on the call considering the email could have come in while on the call with them. The answer was no email located, not even in spam. 
 I called Sams a few days later since I hadn't received the label and was told the company left off the last 2 digits of my email, and to again look out for the label. I have been looking and no label sent. Again, the earrings are beautiful, and the color is my birth stone.
