I don't know if I can say this but what an awesome deal from the price that I used to pay at Meijer's oh no I'm done buying my softener and soap at Meijer Sam's Club's got the best and the pods all they're awesome for cleaning your clothes my cousin told me that she really loves the pods and the powder so I had to give him a try and I'm going to tell you I'm definitely a customer from from now on and the softener what a good deal you can't beat it

Downy fabric softener makes my clothes feel softer and smell wonderful. I use it on most all of my clothes. Getting it in a larger size makes sense to me because I use it so much.

Downy April Fresh from Sam's Club is an amazing value, offering a mainstream fabric softener for an incredible value and a large load capacity.

Double Downy

Good value. This is the only fabric softener I can use due to allergies. I've literally tried them all, minus a few generic brands on which I wouldn't waste my time!

Good value...

Downey, April Fresh has always been my go to fabric softener. My Mom used it and it reminds me of her and home. I am in my 60’s now and I have used it my entire life.  Smells clean, fresh and like home.

Romney April Fresh

It doesn’t not have the same scent it used to. Clothes used to smell so clean and walking into the laundry room smelled so good. They don’t scent it enough now and it’s no better than the cheap brands.

Where did all the scent go?

I'm a Downy loyalist and have used the “April  Fresh” scent most of my life. I believe that the formula has changed because it now gunks up in my washing machine dispenser. I'm sad because I may have to switch brands due to this.

Leaves A Solid Resid In Washer

Thick and too strong. It eventually coagulates and ends up getting stuck in the dispenser of the washer. Always used Downy but this one is different and was disappointed,

Not the quality I've come to expect from Downy

I have been using this Fabric Softener for quite some time, and I was really disappointed with my recent purchase. When I compared it with the older version, I noticed a significant difference. The previous packaging had 170 fl. oz. with 251 loads. However, this time, I felt cheated. Although the new packaging claims to offer 257 medium loads, it contains only 150 fl. oz. The “new packaging” seems to be nothing more than a deception and an excuse to give us less product for the same price. It’s frustrating to see a trusted brand cut corners like this, and I expected better value and honesty.
