Makes excellent expressos, lattes and regular coffee with a touch of a button. Milk frothing is on the weak side. I heat milk in the microwave instead. Easier, quicker with less mess using a handheld frother instead. If you make 10-16 expressos a day. Expect to clean the grinds holder and refill the water reservoir daily. It comes with a water filter for those with just tap water. All in all it competes with machines twice its price. Making perfect tasting expresso or lattes or single serve regular “long” coffee. With whole beans or individual servings of ground using a dial for strength. I prefer very strong. Get high quality beans such as Dark French Roast and you will scoff at coffee from Starbucks. I’ve only had it a couple weeks. Let’s see how long it lasts. I wish I would of bought the extended warranty just in case. It self cleans before each use and 3 hours later before going into standby. You can adjust the standby time to your preference. BTW most people are not aware that Dark Roast has less caffeine than lighter roasts. The longer the roast the less caffeine but deeper richer flavor. For more insight search the model on YouTube.

Good machine competing with others twice the price

Automation is the FUTURE and this is AMAZING! I cant believe how good the expressos taste and how fast it comes out! Everything is done with the click of a button and maitnence is so seamless and easy! You just pull out the water on the right side to refill and lift up the top to refill with coffee. Also it makes these really cute expresso pattys that I use to wash my hands. The steamer works great and also really fast and also HOTT water instantly for Tea too! This machine can do it all baby!

Automation is the FUTURE and this is AMAZING!

Great machine. I have an older model of a similar maker. Some tweaking is involved to get the right brew. You have to have the coffee grinding when you changed the dial for coffee grinder. Had to call delonghi. Now I have the temperature right and enjoy my morning coffee just right. I was disappointed at 1st. You must tweak the machine. It's just the normal thing to do to get it right

Wonderful machine. Easy to operate and maintain. Tells you what to do to manage it. The coffee results are like going to enjoy the best from a Barista! We love this investment.

Absolutely love this slim espresso machine. 
My automatic Cuisinart espresso mashine broke down after 4 years and found this one on sale which half of the price of Cuisinart. Working perfectly, easy to maintain and easy to use. And I can't stand bulky ugly espresso machine. So, I'm very pleased.

Absolutely enjoying Latte!

Love this coffee maker, makes great cafe style coffee, easy to use, but the steamer doesn’t steam it spews out very hot water. Might be the spout, because the water is scolding hot just not steaming. Other than that it’s great.

Steamer didn’t steam

While this machines makes a good espresso, it is a lot of maintenance. Bean and water storage is very small so it’s a constant refill of each. The storage for ground beans also indicates full and it’s not, thus having to  empty it way too often. For the price, I’m not super thrilled with this machine.

Lots of maintenance

The machine worked fine for a few cups of coffee; then nothing but trouble. The coffee comes out way too slow, drip, drip, drip, even with a grind setting of 7. Constantly showing blinking 'error' lights, wasting coffee beans in order to reset the machine.

Don't buy it!

We bought this and loved it for about two weeks.  An error light came on and tech support was helpful, but it was a defective machine.   So I returned it to Sams Club since I had only had it under a month.

  It was super convenient, made a great espresso.  I honestly miss it!  But, I am not going to buy this exact same model again.   
Customer support was awesome and did a FaceTime video with me, so I am not disappointed with their customer service.  I am lucky that I realized the defective machine with in the return window.

Defective Machine

Machine worked for 4 days and then broke inv2 different ways. The infuser stuck and would not reset and the water leaked. Samsclub.com was no help. De'Longhi was no help. Had to return it to local Sam's Club....who was more than helpful.
