We recently adopted two cats and bought one of these to see if they liked it and if it worked. For an about 3 months the cats had a choice of a regular litter boxes along with Leo Loo Too. Right from the beginning the cats both liked it and used it regularly. We decided to get a second one and remove the regular boxes completely. It was such a great choice! The cats are happy and so is our family.

I was skeptical, but I will say I love this machine!  I love that is sanitized the smell
With the UV sterilization. We went away for a week and I was nervous that the tray would fill up, but it didn’t. The bags are a must! I have not cleaned it yet, so we’ll see how that goes. My only slightly  negative comment would be the button being in the middle, my cat pressed it when she was 
jumping in. I highly recommend this!

Smarty Pear Cat Loo is perfect for our Whiskers!

I should’ve gotten this as soon as I got a cat! The set up was easy, and this completely took care of the smell and hassle of cleaning up after her every day. I love the UV feature and the notifications to empty the drawer when it’s full. It’s been so helpful and after debating the purchase for a while I can definitely say it’s worth it!!

100% worth it

This product is awesome. It works great and has clear instructions. I didn’t think I cared about syncing it to my phone with the app, but I actually really like that feature. The customer service is also phenomenal. I was having an trouble with poop getting on the sides and they told me what to do to fix it. (2 rotations per clean cycle) and also helped me find a better litter.

Definitely worth the money!

I admit I was a bit skeptical about getting the Loo, but my cat used it 5 minutes after it was set up! I did a lot of research on the different brands, and the Loo Too came out on top. Love the app and the notifications. Another satisfied customer, thanks Casa Leo!

Leo’s Loo Too made a Believer out of Me!

Let me say that I’ve only had this litter box for about 2 weeks but it’s performed perfectly so far.  My older cat is still afraid of it but my younger one has used it from the beginning without issue.  I’ve only emptied the drawer twice since it came and there is no smell.  Thank you!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

The Leo's Loo Too has been a lifesaver! We recently added a third kitty to our family (8 month old male we named Oliver) who was not a very gentlemanly user of the traditional hooded litterbox. Upon his arrival I noticed he loved to shred the plastic litter box liner, which upset our other two kitties, resulting in a couple of accidents. I thought about getting a second traditional litter box, but miraculously ( or creepily?) an ad for Leo's Loo Too appeared in my Instagram feed, and I ordered one. 

I liked the look of Leo's Loo Too compared to other self-scooping litter boxes (Kinda looks like a mini cement mixer!), and the features sounded nice. It arrived about a week after ordering, and was so easy to set up and link to our WiFi and the app. The kitties took to it immediately, which was a great relief! 

As I said at the top, it's been a lifesaver, and a game changer. No more shredded bags or litter box smell, and no more daily scooping. Since there are three of them using it, I do have to change the bag about twice a week, so the litter doesn't last as long. That's okay with me, since it's so much easier to maintain than a traditional litterbox. And I love the app notifications! 

Overall, Leo's Loo Too is a fabulous product that I am so happy with, as are my cats. It is the best purchase I've made in a long time. Thank you!

Leo's Loo Too Is Fabulous!

So to start off, I did have issues with the first bundle that came. Make sure you check everything upon opening. I did have to return the first bundle and get a new one. Casa Leo Pet responded right away with the issues I had and they made sure to send a replacement asap. There were no issues with getting a replacement and they even fulfilled my request for a differsnt color. This company is wonderful. I absolutely Love this litterbox. It has made cleaning the litter 100x faster and easier to do. 2/3 cats became well adjusted to it. The 3rd cat is taking a bit longer to getbused to it. They do have two modes, automatic or Manual. Its recommended you start on manual or adjust the auto time. 10/10 I highky recommended.

Okay so I love the design and that is easy to use, clean and set up. It helps with odors and it might look like the inside is small but it is actually a good size for our cats. The only issue I have with my Smarty Pear is the app and it will not connect on my phone. But otherwise it cleans up the litter really well and it has helped us save on litter.

Smarty Pear totally worth it!

Very nice! Game changer in terms of convenience and cleanliness. My cat adjusted within a day. He does sit and watch it clean itself when he is done with his business. Sometimes he will try to jump back in when he moves, but it immediately senses and stops. One thing is, I wish the bags were more tailored to the shape of the bin. Also when it is full (once a week), it does smell a bit. But so easy to use!

Pricy but worth it

I purchased this in April 2025 and have only been able to use it for about 4 1/2months.  I had problems with the cleaning cycle.  It would not do a complete turn to empty the box.  After several attempts they sent me a new bottom due to sensor issue.  The inside of the drum where the litter lays is a soft "vinyl" that my cat scratch a hole in after using it.  Now the whole inside of the drum droops down when it turns and I have been waiting for weeks for them to send a replacement.  They said it's on backorder however they still have units on their site they are selling.  This is an expensive investment so I would suggest getting something more dependable that will work and last.  I am unable to return it since I wasted a lot of time just dealing with the company that sells them.  I should have just returned to Sams club when it stopped working.
