Faxing outside of your home is expensive. Theres times when you don't need it but when you need it you have to make time then spend the money. Did that for years, now no worries.

Awesome

This machine was very simple to set up for our home office.  It's very fast both with feeding the sheets into memory and in sending faxes.  The cartridge is good for thousands of pages so needs to be changed less often.  We are very happy with this purchase.

These is my second one of the Brother fax machine. This was a replacement the first lasted 5 years.

We are very happy with our purchase, there is great value (bang for your buck) with this fax machine

My Computer is historic and everything now is wireless, this all in one is perfect for my copy, faxing and print.

This replaced my 20 year old Brother laser/fax.  I no longer use the fax feature, but this is a very economical black laser printer!  Be aware the starter toner cartridge doesn't last long--you'll need to buy one right away.  I hope this lasts even half as long as the Brother machine it is replacing!  Tip:  Don't use third-party toner/drums-stick with Brother accessories. (and I use Epson eco-tank printers when I need color-they are also incredible and very economical)

A real workhorse!

The price of this refurbished printer was high compared to others I later found -  only $40 less than a new one - there are more choices for good refurbished models for far less - I feel gouged

Over priced and not competitive with others

How to I get a manual for my Brother IntelliFAX & I need to talk to someone to ensure all of the cords were sent.  I can’t work the IntelliFAX without a manual

Manual was missing

the Fax Machine itself has 1 Year warranty, But the drum and toner only has a 90 day warranty. Spoke with Joe from Brother, and was told sorry but we can not do anything to help you.
