Excellent Playground, Well built, Good instructions and fairly priced. Highly recommend. You will need your own tools and brain to build this, however they offer assembly for $900.00 which most likely does not include foundation and sitework. It's tall, so if your foundation isn't perfectly level you would absolutely notice a lean. Enjoy!!

Excellent Playground

Let me start by saying this swing set is amazing! We have had so many compliments on it and it really is one of the more esthetic looking play sets for your yard. That being said, it did take my husband roughly 40hrs to put it together. The build app is phenomenal and much more helpful than the paper instructions. It's important to organize all the materials before starting so you don't waste a bunch of time searching for the parts you need. I think it's worth mentioning that my husband is a contractor who does interior home renovations, so if you're putting this together by yourself expect it to take a while. We wanted to save some money, but in the end, it would have been worth it to just hire someone to assemble it for us.

Everything we were looking for!

It is an awesome playground set. Very sturdy with a lot of activities for the children to have outdoor fun and get plenty of exercise. The installation was not easy - very time consuming so you need patience and someone to assist.

Just what our son needed!

The Bilt app was very helpful in the construction of this play-set. Good quality, very aesthetically pleasing, and my kids love it. Lots of fun features to keep them busy.

Love the quality and how it looks in my yard.. My kids Love it and we use it alot.. It did take long to assemble but its well worth it everything ligned up perfectly and instructions help alot.

Great investment

It took about 17 hours to build, I think that for the price there are some thing that should have been preassembled like some parts of the roof were. Overall, it is beautiful, it looks amazing in our backyard and my daughter loves it, especially the tower with the "telescope" and the slide. On the negative side, it could have been a better quality, at the beginning all the black pieces stained our clothe, now that it has been outside longer I think is staining less, and the wood is really cheap. Maybe I am being too picky but for that price I expected better quality, like the round swing, the rope is already getting lose and its only my daughter (a 4 year old) playing with it.

It's beautiful but cheap material for that price.

It’s a cute looking playset . It’s not the most sturdy unit . I would not trust an adult to get on it without boards breaking . Not too difficult to put together but it does take time and you need to cut and customize some of the pieces.

Cute , not sturdy , takes extra tools and skills

Pros: It looks great and we have had many compliments on it. The kids love it. 

Cons: I doubt it will last more than a year and I’m starting to worry it will fail while the kids are on it. It is extremely rickety and just seems to be poorly designed from a structural standpoint. My kids are average sized 6 and 4 year olds and when they’re both swinging the entire fort section of the set twists and sways several inches at a time and it seems to be getting worse. The main beam that the swings hang from is cracking and splitting in several places. The wood is so soft that the locking nuts eat right into it which seems to cause the bolts to loosen. We’ve had this up for 3 months and I’ve had to retighten the swing assemblies 3 times because they were visibly coming loose. Oh and the deck boards are very thin. I’m not sure if I’m more annoyed with how much we spent on it or how much time I sunk into assembling it for it to turn out the way it did.

Stay away

I have five large boxes and a plastic slide that have been sitting in my garage for 15 days. We paid $1000 dollars for a professional install.  They scheduled the install for today  never showed up or called. The third party company takes anywhere from 1-3 days to respond to messages. Trying to get Sams to refund my installation so that I can hire someone on my own has been very frustrating. Hopefuly its a nice set, but currently its just an eyesore in my garage teasing two small boys who are waiting anxiously for it to be built.

This was one of the worst purchases we have ever made. Most things we get at Sam's club seem to be really good.. well put together.... And as described. This was the cheapest.. broken.. purchase we have ever made. The wood is splitting.. The main support bemis split.. missing screws. We're not even through putting it up. Just taking it out of the package we were appalled. Beware.. Read all of the reviews.. Don't do what we did. This playset is not worth $100 whether alone close to $2,000.
