This commercial coffee brewer was way overdue for our office!  We have been using the regular home brewing pots for years and were happy when our last one died so we could make the purchase for a larger brewing system.  The Bunn is easy to use, easy to clean, and makes a great pot of coffee in minutes.  We chose this model because we did not want to hire a plumber to run a waterline that is necessary on other models.  It is really not an inconvenience filling with water because it is placed by our sink.  The coffee stays nice and hot throughout the entire day.  The only thing I wish it had was a timer to cut it off after hours so I did not have to try to remember to cut off the warmer every evening when we close for business. I highly recommend for an small to medium office.  A large office or business would need one with multiple warmers to keep up with the demand/volume of coffee drinkers.  We are an office of 27 and it is perfect for us.

We LOVE our Bunn!!

Bought this for our office and it's perfect.  Best price I could find and just right for our office.  I you want a pour over Bunn, don't have a huge office, this should work great for you.  Our previous Bunn lasted 20 years, so I'm sure this one will out last me!

Awesome product

This replaced a similar, and nearly 25 year old similar pot (which still works, by the way). So far, very happy with it! Can’t know yet if it will last as long as its faithful predecessor, but all is great so far.

Perfect Drip Coffee Maker for Home or Office

Bought one just like it 11 or 12 years ago from Sams and we worked it everyday. However, a month ago notice it was leaking a small amount of water.  Plan on this one working everyday for the next 12 years!

I needed to replace a coffee brewer asap. I’m so glad Sams carried Bunn. I never use anything but Bunn. Btw, I worked great as I would have expected. Thank you Bunn and Sams.

Best for the money

When you have an office full of employees all wanting coffee first thing in the morning, you had better be quick.  This coffee pot makes 24 cups of coffee quick. Everyone gets their caffeine fix and gets to work

Makes great coffee quick....

This coffee maker was purchased as a replacement to a leaky one in our office break room.  It is fool-proof, which is important when there are multiple people making coffee throughout the day.  The only feature we miss is not being able to dispense hot water for tea, cocoa, etc. from an optional tap.  Our old leaky coffee maker had everyone spoiled.

Makes great coffee fast!

Bunn coffee pots are awesome. But this one was not. It had a heating element issue. Replaced it with another. No problems.  Sams return procedure was so easy and simple that I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase thru mail order from them again!!!

Refunded and repurchased

I think the thermostat is stuck the thing won't stop cooking. About 20 mins after  the last pot it starts steaming out of the top, the door on the water fill whole starts jumping up and down - it looks like a bomb getting ready to blow.
