I can't say enough good things about this steamer. It's simple, easy to use, and lightweight. Steaming my tile floors is a breeze. I just wish I could buy additional covers.

The goal was to help me clean the floors on the surface and in the cracks. This steamer is quick, easy, simple and gets the job done! It's as simple as that.

Quality product at a good price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this steam cleaner! I had waited and had researched quite a while for a steam cleaner (about 2 years) looking at the various brands and the reviews of the products available. One of the major pros to why I purchased one now: the ability to remove the water cartridge to empty it! Other pros include I had read about and also since I have used it: it is lightweight, has variable steam settings, the water lasts quite a while to cover a large area before it needs to be refilled, its swivel head, it stands upright locked in place until ready to use, and it is a USA company (still run by a family member). I own two other Bissell products and although I always try to buy from an American company, this would not be the only reason I purchased from this company - it was because of the reviews I had read about this steam cleaner before buying it, and again, their products are always quality made and designed with the user in mind! Thank you Bissell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put the steam mop together today for the first time. The assembly was so simple and it was so quick to get everything set up and ready to use. I highly recommend this steam mop! I also recommend having extra cloth mop pads on hand. Note* I did use this mop on a new construction project. It will work better as a daily mop to keep the floors clean after they are clean to begin with. My floors need a good scrub clean before I feel confident in using this for cleaning.

I love this steam mop, it does the job cleaning and sanitizing better than other bigger machines. I had one before. The reason for only 4 stars is that they seem to start leaking after only a few months of use and I have to replace it.

Good steam mop

Just used it first time last night. I have wood floors and it seemed to get all the salt residue from the snowy weather cleaned up and worked well in the kitchen where there was some baking ickiness on the floor even without the scrubby bit pushed down. I used distilled water.

FIrst Impressions Matter

This steamer does not deliver actual steam, only heat really. Most steamers have a trigger you can pull to deliver the moisture along with the steam, but all this steamer really does is heat the floor up. It doesn't really steam or clean, kind of just makes the floor hot. Will be returning.
