This was a very good purchase.  I was ill and could not attend my friend husband's Birthday Parade.  Therefore,  I ordered the American Express Gift Card and had it shipped to him which enabled me to celebrate with a gift without leaving my house.

I'd sent this to my son for Christmas. While it was delivered to him quickly with no issues, he had so much trouble getting it activated and using it on his Amazon account!

Difficulties in Activating

The card won’t work and I called the 800 number and they keep hanging up on me and the card only has 15 numbers so we can’t check the balance cuz there is not enough numbers

This was a total ripoff, the gift card only had half the barcode missing, and they wouldn't replace it.

Waste of Money

I'm very upset I ordered 2 gift cards that came to me without the money put on them but the money was taken out of my bank account
