Frequently Asked Questions
How do I rehydrate bulk roses after they arrive?
Bulk roses are shipped "sleepy" to protect them. Upon arrival, unpack them immediately, cut 1 inch off the stems at a 45-degree angle, and place them in cool water with flower food. Leave the protective wrap on for the first 2 hours of hydration to keep the heads upright.
What is the difference between Standard and Ecuadorian roses?
Ecuadorian Roses are grown at higher altitudes, which produces a significantly larger flower head and a thicker, stronger stem than Standard Roses. They are ideal for high-impact centerpieces.
When should I have my bulk roses delivered?
For a Saturday event, we recommend a Thursday delivery. This gives you time to hydrate the roses and allows the petals to open fully for a lush look on your big day.
How long will fresh rose petals last?
Because Rose Petals cannot be rehydrated, they have a shorter lifespan of about 3 days. Order them to arrive as close to your event date as possible.
Are these roses appropriate for a wedding?
Absolutely. Many members use our Roses and Petals Combo or Spray Roses to create their own bouquets, centerpieces, and boutonnieres based on their event needs.
Can I buy smaller quantities of roses in-club?
Yes. For smaller needs, you can find 18-stem Premium Roses or Spray Roses available for Club Pickup at your local Sam's Club.
